			<description>Yup, you're right.  Especially on the last item.  So many companies are cutting back now.  You need to stay in front of your customers, even if they don't buy more, but to make sure they're making the most effective use of your product/service.  Once they feel they can cut back by cutting you... it's a tough uphill battle!</description>
